or by calling us toll free at 1-866-4STRAYS (1-866-478-7297) from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Stray Dog Designs products are also available through home furnishings retailers nationwide. Please call us or email us at customerservice@straydogdesigns.com to find stores in your area.

Shipping & Delivery
Except where noted, our products ship free of charge via UPS Ground within the continental US. Most UPS Ground items arrive within 5-7 days. If you would like your order to be shipped more quickly, freight charges will apply.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock, although some orders may take additional time. In the event of a backorder, your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and when they will be available to ship. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise may be sent back for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Full refunds will be issued for products only if they are returned in their original condition. Returns on delivered orders will incur return delivery costs plus a 10% restocking fee. Original delivery charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
Please pack and seal merchandise for return to us in its original packaging. Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
Please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number and/or email address that says what you are returning and why, and what you would like to have happen – exchange, credit, or refund.
